Oklahoma City police captured a teenager sought in connection with a drive-by shooting that injured two people early this morning.Carlos Ruiz, 16, was arrested on two complaints of shooting with the intent to kill, Master Sgt. Gary Knight said.
Ruiz was spotted by police while he was driving on Interstate 35 near downtown Oklahoma City. He was initially seen on the highway at SE 44, Knight said.
